All the posts so far have been complaining about map choice. Let's critique the actual build-
From personal experience, servers like this fail because if mates want to chill out somewhere and have a mess around, its usually on a private server on a default build or something. Builds like this fail especially if they dont look good. This is assuming you intend to host it.
Second, what's up with the pole bricks? Try to switch up your brick use a little bit.
Third, The flat terrain is boring and the island itself looks tiny. Try to expand it?
