Some one said my documents/blockland/dedicated_server

It wasn't there. Any idea how do I run this?

There should've been an option to create a dedicated icon when you did the setup, but IDK if it's the same like that on the mac.

What set up? Installing Blockland?

/Applications/BlocklandLauncher.app/Contents/MacOS/BlocklandLauncher -dedicated -map skylands

In terminal

/Applications/BlocklandLauncher.app/Contents/MacOS/BlocklandLauncher

why are MOX paths so terrible

I mean seriously, that should just be something like /Applications/BlocklandLauncher/BlocklandLauncher.app

That's windows.
You installed the mac version of blockland right?
Download the zip version and place it where your "my documents" is?
Is there a search function on Mac?  Just search for blockland if there is.
