Pretty sure if you don't do things because you see an amount of danger in them, that narrows the  possibilities down by 99.9%.
Cardboard craft? Nope you use knives to cut it.

Hell you couldn't even read anything because you might get a papercut.

Not to say that you're that strict to yourself about dangerous things, but so far you've pretty much denied all of our suggestions.

all games have been really boring too. lol

I would say do summer stuff but most of that you are uncomfortable with (Pool, Biking, Outdoors, Sports, Stuff like that). You also play games and they are boring to you so I say learn how to program. I know a ton of programming languages and can make really anything. So if games are getting boring and you are willing to spend time on learning a programming language then you can make a ton of stuff on a computer. You could make a game, work program, calculator, joke program, fake virus, simple things to send to your friends ect.
Here are some programing languages I suggest:

• C++ <Hard but extremely Powerful.
• C# <Simple and fun.
• Visual Basic <Simple and fun.
• Java <Mildly simple and powerful.

Some think its boring, Some think its fun. Just thought maybe you should try it.
BTW once you learn a programming language its easy.
