Author Topic: My addon does not show up in the check-box  (Read 1053 times)

but there is a server.cs in the rar. file for my weapon
Good god

You need a description.txt in the correct format, post what is says in it.

Ok

Code: [Select]
Title: M60E4
Author: blockguy123
A gun.

Blockland reads from ZIP archives or uncompressed folders only. RAR archives won't work.
How do I make my add-on a .zip file?

EDIT:

Here is my script:

You don't need to compress it until you publish it.

Ok. I fixed it up and its in the checkbox, and in the game, but there is no shooting sounds. Just hit sounds.

OOOH wait

the sound file I downloaded is a MP3
so all i have to do is edit the script

Blockland cannot play MP3s. You need to make the sound a WAV.

They say that about .wav files with stereo sound as well, but my Blockland installation handles those just fine - it just only plays the left sound track.

WAVs don't have to be mono and that was never spoken of. It was just highly recommended.

OGGs don't have to be mono either, only for the default music system.

OK

I fixed it all, even the sound.

Now, I need it to be fully auto and make it stop kicking up as soon as you shoot it.

LOCKING

its finished with 2 bugs and on the addon board
