Author Topic: Alright here is the computer issue I got, (more detail than last time)  (Read 430 times)

Well its not a PSU issue or anything because it still works and all but here is the problem.

If you turn it off it won't turn on unless you let it set for a large amount of time with nothing attached to it (3-6 hours at the most)
I want to say its the capacitors holding electricity making it not want to turn on.. Or could it be an option in the BIOS?

Capacitors?

Really, they cant hold anymore than they were programmed to. Unless you soldered more of it too it.

If they held anymore they could explode..
Letting go of a charge is the same, electricity chooses the path of less resistance, even if that means melting through your computer.

English please?
So doesthe extra electricity make it not start or what?

Well if I'm way off than can you help me get back on track?
Like what could be causing it?

There actually could be a hardware problem initiating the shutdown ti--

WAIT

There could be a forget up in the circuit board

I doubt it but there is a slight possibility needing enough power to create a small arc of electricity.

I'm probably wrong but you gotta send it to staples or something if i'm right.

or o fcourse you can rip out the board and solder some connections. Look it up on Google.

I think I'll just give it to my dad and have him fix it.. Yikes.

Buy a new one. They are cheap as stuff.
