blockland is the matrix in beta mode

Doing /dfg will turn all the bricks on the map separate colors like a rainbow (host only)

Example:

Pretty much noone knew about this so it was kinda fun tricking people into doing it. I don't know when it was put into the game.

lol. never thought it existed

You can scroll back to a paint pallet with Shift + E

Blockland mis-identifies new processors
Code: [Select]
Processor Init:
   Intel Pentium III, ~2.40 Ghz
     (timed at roughly 2.41 Ghz)
   FPU detected
   MMX detected
   SSE detected

I have an I-5 64x quad core.

Anybody know a pentuim III that fast?  anyone?

Edit:
-the cache.db file holds all the add-ons you've downloaded from other servers.
-Blockland mods used to be in folders rather than .zip (some of the older players should remember this)
-There is a file that prevents add-ons from loading by CRC called crapOns_Cache.txt located in Blockland/base/server
-There seem to be several BL console commands that do nothing such as serverCmdgigigi (family guy reference?)

Wrong. It contains content files, not add-ons.

Blockland mods used to be in folders rather than .zip (some of the older players should remember this)

They can still be in folders. Compressed ZIP archives are just used to help with distribution.

There is a file that prevents add-ons from loading by CRC called crapOns_Cache.txt located in Blockland/base/server

It doesn't seem to be there anymore.

There seem to be several BL console commands that do nothing such as serverCmdgigigi (family guy reference?)

Those are there to prevent several well known abusive mods from defining them.

They have a "control" key instead of a "ctrl" key.
