not if you've been in a drought long enough to have no food

Need a nice big ol' bacon cheese burger.
If I ate something like that I'd throw up my stomach ;-;

This happens to me about twice a week.
I'm never hungry..

A lot of times on summer I don't eat all day and eat a bunch the next, or I just eat something small in the middle of the night.
I'm weird like that.

The human can survive on average 5 weeks without food. The human can survive 3 days without water. So nothing will happen apart from a wrenching cramping pain in your stomach and a dry mouth.

If you are still drinking water, that is good.

Inb4 you dissolve into your own stomach acids.

Ba dum tsh.

FIRE brother!
and then fry it, if you can
where do you get the oil? D:

5 weeks? I think you're a bit over.

What's your BMI btw?
About 21

After about 40 hours of no food I decided I should probably eat regardless of how hungry I was so I had food.

you haven't burned any calories in 30 hours, so that food has given enough energy for you to survive on unless you begin doing anything that requires more calories. if you jog around for a while i can guarantee you will be hungry.
