Well it seems as if they all have specific and different profile information, and they add me at random times too. The timezones they put in are correct for their whereabouts as well. It's getting to seem less like bots.

You can block them. A lot of foreign people add you so they can call you or spam you with trap links, thinking that you're stupid enough not to notice what they're doing.
