This was during the time of v9.I know because I heard bad spot in there talk about it.
time of v8, actually, i believe. i don't remember it correctly, but i think he said something like, "an update will be coming out soon where..." and then starts talking about the event stuff, because v9 was the update that introduced events, unless you count space guy's wrench events add-on.
