Do you even know what a lucid dream is?
He was meaning that he was in danger inside his dream.
First off the way you said that you are implying I am an idiot..
And yes I know what lucid dreaming is, its a dream that you can control and you are aware of the dream.

you cannot be in danger in dreams
Not in my case, I've taken micro naps and woke up bleeding..
Then again as I said I used to be loco in the head so something happened in that quick few seconds.

You must've hurt yourself in some way while sleeping (e.g. falling down and had your head hit something, etc).

I got hurt in my dream and woke up with my head hurt..
My hair caught on fire in my dream and I woke up with a burning feeling on my head..

I used to have dreams and if I ever fell (like off a mountain or out of a hot air balloon) my head would sting like loving crazy and hurt a forgetload.

my eyes started to water
my breathing was much more heavy
and my head started to feel weird

I had a dream back in January that I was hit by a speeding car in the head, and I woke up, and my head sorta hurt a little.
