id like to know if there is any way to downgrade from vista to Windows XP, im going to consult my dad if you people know how and if there are any risks, i might also send something to microsoft corp to see if they got any updates to make vista friendly.

Ask a cracker (person who makes computer viruses, usually reffered to as a hacker, but that's the wrong name for 'em) to give you Vista a virus that totally wipes your hard drive. �

Or just format it or something, but idk if that destroys the OS.
Also, I think it's possible to have 2+ (yes, two, maybe even more) OS's on the same computer at the same time, if you have enough hard drive space for both of them...
You just get an option while booting up to pick the OS you want to startup...
So maybe try that.

Well i found that its very hard to be able to run vista and xp on the same machine. You are better off to install xp. To do this go into your BIOS (usually f2) during startup and change the primary boot device to your cd rom. Put xp disk in. Boot from cd. Format hard drive (lose ALL data on hard drive including your pron and vista). Install. Win.

I lol at that.
But here's the difference between hacker and cracker:
Hacker: Good. Makes stuff for computers and stuff. (Think Linux build makers or something, idk.)
Cracker: Bad. Hacks (therefore the hacker false name) their way into places they shouldn't be. (Think identity theives who actually steal paypal stuff and the like.)
In other words:
Hacker: Makes useful computer shuff.
Cracker: Makes things that destroy the stuff the hackers made. Also breaks their way into hacker-made things.

I know, that's not what I meant.
You can't downgrade from vista to xp just like that.. it doesn't work that way.

This is the only way to downgrade, backup all you music, videos, game files/saves, pictures, etc. Because this will reformat your HDD/delete that partition.

And I don't script btw, I can just edit scripts to have the outcome I want, because it's quite obvious on what I need to edit.
