How did you build those spotlights?

10/10

Like that.

I used the octo bricks from the Random Brick Pack for the lights.

Sad thing is about releasing a save is, it uses an old and inaccessible Mod Ter pack included with a custom pack.
None of the ramps would work unless I released the packs I use.

The dirt texture I use is from my Flooring Pack. The ramp texture isn't imaged, but is included.

I meant the brick textures lol

Oh, they are my custom texture.

There's a link to them in my Luigi's Mansion build.

I'm still working on it. Just be patient.

The spotlights in the picture look like they're facing downwards, excellent job in creating that illusion.

Releasing your custom brick pack isn't a bad idea even if you don't release the save. What's different about your version of the bricks?

Nothing. It was made for me by [GSF]Ghost through a request I gave him.
I was using the old ModTer bricks when I noticed that he had updated them. At that point I had half of this done and could not update my bricks without losing my progress. Then I noticed he had added base wedges, something I was doing with regular wedges. If I could use them, it would cut the diagonal walls down from around 120 bricks to about 2 to 4 each. So I asked if he could make a pack with just the Base Wedges that works with his old pack.

Id need permission to re-upload his old ModTer bricks and the pack he was nice enough to make specifically for me.

Oh, well that sucks. Looks like we'll have to wait for another raceway to come along with the updated pack.

OMG looks awesome are you every gonna host it? anyways i noticed you used one of your hats on the racer nice touch

Hell, perhaps not if I can get permission to re-upload them. It would be entirely up to the downloader to get them or not.

I may be able to replace the old with the new but Id rather wait till its 100% done.

Fantastic Work. Absolutely Fantastic.

Very good work. This is absolutely the best Terrain/Brick Race Track build i have ever seen. Bravo, just bravo.

Also, one quick question. Does it have those glitches of course when the vehicle doesn't collide with the brick? Since its all made out of bricks.

The vehicles definitely still fall through the track at times.  Like base cubes.  I'd venture a guess that it's the vehicles fault and not entirely the brick pack, as the other default vehicles run fine on it.

Also, in regards to Conan, joining a server with the custom brick pack still allows the user to play on the track.  Although people won't be able to save it without the custom bricks, it doesn't deter play, which is remarkably better with Mr. hosting it, seeing as the events are also custom.

Either way, if you had all the events and bricks required to run this by yourself, it wouldn't be the same as when the original creator does it for you.  The sole reason being that we know the quirks of the eventing, and what to do when it goes wrong.  Not to mention that we care about it enough to host it with more than 5% enthusiasm.  (You've seen what happens when random others save some famous build, then try to host it themselves.  It's just wrong.  WRONG.)

I believe he told you about the problem in the past and all he got was "It's your fault for not using them right."

Seriously, what the heck?

"Oh, he's using them in a big build.  Lemme just act all nice."
Not that, it's because I just figured out how to fix it now
