With this system abortion and adoption would become mostly non-issues. There would be enough homoloveual couples wishing to raise children to take away the unwanted children of the breeding class. This is assuming the original proposition that all nonwhites be excluded from breeding rights though. If the Chinese,South-East Asians, Indians, blacks, or Hispanics made up a sizable portion of the breeding population then we would eventually run into the same overpopulation issues in the future.
