I stumbled on these videos. This guy has a series called Bad Driving in Portland. He constantly blares his horn at people for even minor mistakes. I seem to think he is the bad driver. What do you guys think?

Eh, i dont really pay attention to his temper (Its not that bad, nor is his attitude). I now actually am going to watch these videos mostly because im seeing different parts of oregon or other states and city's. So thats pretty cool.

But yea, these are minor mistakes but some arent really mistakes and people just being starfishs. I dont see much problems with this guy.

He breaks more driving rules than he honks at. In fact, he is breaking a law by excessive use of his horn. Like the Best Buy lady. He had to wait, by law. She had the right of way, so him driving the wrong way to get around her is illegal. And there was a truck that was stopped with its doors open. Passed him as he was going in a no passing zone.

On top of that, when he honked at the minivan. She had plenty of space and hustled. He didn't slow down either. Blowing your horn makes it better.

I face near death incidents on an everyday basis walking around town in Chicago.

he's not right, but everyone else he's complaining about is mostly worse
especially the guy turning the wrong way into a one-way. who the hell does that

Well, I've never seen it. But he might have been new to the area.  Sometimes the signs are hidden. I'm more concerned about the people that he constantly honks at. He almost killed the guy in the truck (not the video I linked). He was stopped with his doors open. He decided it was safest to speed up and go around him as he was starting to move again. Then wondered why he got flipped off, because he was in the wrong lane, and almost caused an accident. He needs to have his license or his horn revoked.

His horn would be on nonstop in Miami.

Someones pulls out in front of him with tons of clear room to go, he immediately speeds up as fast as he can to try to hit them and complains.
