Today was not a fun day.

First off I was angry and ended up punching this chair, spraining my wrist.
So I won't be able to participate in Captains Practices for football started Wednesday.
Puts me out for about a week.

THEN. I was at this party for a graduation and I was in this bounce house boxing ring type deal.
While me and my friends were messing around and I ended up getting hit square in the face with one of the foam gloves.

Now I have a really bad headache and I hope its not a concussion.

The graduation party was for one of the seniors that was hitting me.
The other senior is another friend from a long time ago.

Then there's my friend whos an 8th grader who got it a lot worse lol.

I wasnt looking and the kid named Kris just full on punched me in the side of my head.

I didn't fall down but that hurt.

how did you hurt your wrist by punching a chair, was it bolted down or something? and why would you punch a chair, a chair is in such an awkward position to punch, unless someone was holding it up or it was a REALLY tall chair.

No it wasn't bolted, I sent in pretty far backwards.

Its a fairly tall chair. Probably about 3 1/2 Feet tall.

i honestly find that it would be incredibly hard to hurt your hand by punching a chair, no matter how hard. im actually going to go try this right now, was the chair wooden or plastic?

It was a plastic chair. Like a large computer swivel chair. I hit it pretty hard.

was it padded like that? im guessing you just hit it at an awkward angle, otherwise i would end up spraining my hand anytime i hit another person.
