"UFO" stands for Unidentified Flying Object.



Also, could it be that ages ago there was no water covering the object? That would suggest that it is the remains of an ancient human(?) camp or settlement.

I bet it'll end up being something like a rock formation that slipped underwater, or a sunken bit of boat wreckage, or even something that got pushed around the world from a tsunami. Artists depiction made me lol. Bit of ol' fantasy fun right thar.
