Marked for Death (Krii Lun Aus) - NOT FINISHED

Ice Form (Iiss Slen Nus) - NOT FINISHED

Frost Breath (Fo Krah Diin) - NOT FINISHED

Fire Breath (Yol Toor Shul) - NOT FINISHED

Become Ethereal (Feim Zii Gron) - NOT FINISHED




Some Shouts were left out because of their either being impossible to make, or just not applicable to Blockland. However, if you think you can convince me to put a shout in, then do not hesitate from doing so.

He can't. Unless he does some weird thing with player values, but that will just be just as stuffty because it would be a bad idea to not affect the entire server. It's a catch-22.
