first thing I'd do would be to reinstall all my creative software, i.e. Photoshop, After Effects, FL Studio, etc. next would be browsers, then Steam + all my games.

Wasn't in order, and I'm hardly paranoid. I've not been bothered by a virus in a long time :P. But that's because I have good protection.
