What type of server should I make?

I'm just wondering. Whenever I do any kind of server I get maybe one person joining, if I'm lucky 2 or 3. If I do a Falling Platforms server I get plenty of people joining but it gets boring very fast for me. If I do a family RP server then I get a full server - full of stupid people that is.

So how can I make a server that's fun, will get people joining, and won't get 99.9% stupid people?

Exploding Platforms Community builds or eventing servers are nice. Maybe make a DM or TDM that is unique from others.

any kind of coding(bar colorsets) confuses me, i don't know anyone well enough, no modeling programs work good enough on my computer and I'm bad at building.
