It would actually be harder to hang themselves, since hanging that doesn't involve a several-foot drop (also known as: the ones that every Self Delete victim would use) compresses the arteries in your neck as well as a nerve. Being lighter than an adult, it would be harder for them to get the compression required to start killing themselves.

I'm pretty sure, that is, unless I botched something obvious about weight/compression ratios...
