lol well duluth was already a pretty dumpy "city" to begin with. now its even worse.
the most ghetto neighborhood in mpls is nicer then duluth x.x

duluth was in more dept then any city in minnesota. and it went downhill even more when they tried to screw the natives on their casino contract and LOST the incoming lawsuit over it lol.

I live next to two low-lying rivers, so flooding is never a problem. I'm right in the middle of where two rivers converge.

The Ware River coming from the northeast and the Quaboag River coming from the southeast form the Chicopee River going off to the west.

Thompson road is gone, just pure gone and so is the swinging bridge at Jay Cooke State Park. That was an awesome bridge :(
