They will sell at local stores or It for only use military?
If they sell it in the store at my local area, I would buy it.

I don't think so
18MP cameras cost upwards of $500
so this, if sold, would cost $2500 if you were only thinking about pixels
but we're not
there's also rarity
which is very high

these are useless anyway
why would you ever need anything like that
unless it's for surveillance or something
which you're doing none of, because you can't even join the military
and if you were, you wouldn't be buying it at a local store in the first place
