Author Topic: How is a raven DIFFERENT from a maple tree?  (Read 2514 times)

Title.
You come up with a theory, I or the next poster will disprove it using logic and common sense. (And borscht, in my case)

"(...) A raven can fly."
"Attach a jet engine to a tree. A raven is black."
"Paint a tree black. A raven can fly without dying."
"Put the tree into a pot, then attach a jet engine to it. (...)"

Don't say random stuff in response, make your post actually make sense.

Well, the raven is from the kingdom Animalia, whereas the maple tree is from the kingdom Plantae so they're actually very different.

Ravens can in fact fly as you have stated before and are in the Corvus genus.
Maple trees are in the genus Acer and cannot fly.

Maple trees have leaves that capture sunlight for energy.
They also have roots that get nutrition from the soil and water from the ground.

Ravens eat things like nuts, fruits, insects and whatnot for energy.

There are so many differences to name between the two, I can't list them all

Because you touch yourself at night.

Ravens are animals, trees are plants

Because when ravens get killed
they die

Ravens are animals, trees are plants
Ravens breathe
Trees breathe
Because when ravens get killed
they die
Cut down a tree with a chainsaw and it'll die too
Because you touch yourself at night.
Are you even trying

Cut down a tree with a chainsaw and it'll die too
But when you kill trees
they become Buddha

Ravens breathe
Trees breathe
how does that disprove my point

Cut down a tree with a chainsaw and it'll die too

ever see a stump grow a sprout?
also, ravens can eat solid food

Mulch?
Ravens have visual receptors, known as eyes, which are connected to the brain via the optic nerve.
They also have brains.

Ravens have a sharp beak and eat worms. Ravens have bones and skin. Ravens have feathers. Ravens have eyes.
