The gif was not mean at all. It's just a habit some forum users do (i'm not saying just this one) when things get out of hand or something.

it sucked ass. and people told me it sucked ass.
so i stopped.
and now, i can see why it sucked ass.

If you can't even use a program correctly don't even try, please.
It's called extension, GIMP alike all drawing programs supports saving into more extensions, including their own, so they support layers.


Also;
Paint.NET is easier than GIMP which is easier than Photoshop.
