It takes 2-3 minutes to start up and it took 5 minutes to load my nearly empty storage card folder. Dafuq? It always took ages to start up but the storage card thing just started now. It has a nearly empty hard drive too. It's a HTC S620 Excalibur. What a cool name, but it's stuffe. It has Windows Mobile 5 on it too.
