forget yeah, by the way how is that even goin to work? Like what would use the shouts? What shouts would be helpful?

The race "Guardian" is given the opportunity to learn dragon shouts as soon as he finishes the main quest line. After he finishes it, he has to go to Hoarde Valley where some more quests are waiting for him as well as word walls. Any race can visit Hoarde Valley, home of the Gobrins, but only Guardians can learn the shouts.

From what I've found out, these would probably be the most helpful:
