As said just do pushups. As many as you can, every second night. They are great to get started with.
On the inbetween days either work another set of muscles or do some cardio.

By arms, do you mean weapons or the body parts?

FYI you're doing it wrong.

Do pull ups and lots of them.
Then become buffsauce.

work your way up from 5 pound weights to 20 pound weights gradually. once you can lift one with minimal effort, switch to the next increment.

You will lose your feminine qualities. Keep your arms.

Work out while also eating a bit of extra protein than normal. Don't work out on a full stomach but eat on an empty one either.
