Yes- but not in the way that most people think.
Personally, I'm a pantheist. I believe that god is not a sentient, conscious being that punishes and commnicates to people, but is instead an energy that's found within all of us.
I don't believe in any bible, however.
I guess you could google pantheism?
I'm not too upfront about my beliefs because I can't stand ignorance and stuff storms over faiths.

Ugh, I hate trying to think about this because I always go too far with my thought then I get depressed and my head hurts.
On an elemental level, re-incarnation is certainly possible. Energy cannot be destroyed after all, so it has to go somewhere.
