iFest (Indie game developers)

Yo dawg I heard you like games and stuffe, so we started iFest in Australia and now its in USA. Basically its like GDC except a hell of a lot less speakers and events (+Free). This weekend on Sunday in the capital iFest we've got Trip Hawkins speaking, in Seattle Gabe Newel had attended as well. Pretty cool stuff, I remember attending the very first one last year... actually now that I think of it I was working there. Its all setup by the guy who owns AIE/Micro Forte/Big World, although it may not be as interesting to you people in Australia all we had was GCAP before this.

The UK is always behind on game development, indie or not.


Also, I hope Minecraft won't be forced down the throats of the people who go there.
