Question is confusing..

"Who was the person" - Alright who was the person, got that.

"with the lowest ID" - Lowest ID okay I got that.

"you last saw?" - The last person I saw that had a low BL_ID? What is considered low? Do I make the assumption myself on what is low, or is there some sort of standard that is considered low?

Now you are done over brown townyzing, please do the obvious and post the lowest numerical value you have seen as an ID in game. Its not hard lol.

As for me its Shini (1957). Though the lowest ingame player I've seen ever would be Badspot, naturally.
