I need a decent computer/new games

I'm going to get a new computer soon and I don't know much about hardware; I don't even have a very solid idea of what I want. I'm hoping for something that can run most newer games decently and Minecraft/Blockland fairly well. I want to be able to run something like TF2 (which I know has fairly low requirements, my current computer sucks lol) and I'm hoping to buy SR3 and possibly another game in the Steam Summer Sale.

Also suggest games too if you'd like
