Like you say, you cannot explain it. Therefore how do you use it for proof of anything if you have yet to understand what happened? To simply give up and say "well forget, a new religion is the answer!" is quite stupid.

Your personal experience proves nothing, and the most likely answer is that something else affected it that you are not aware of.
