Even I learned those and my school never taught grammar or anything (elementary and middle didn't, my high school spent like a week on it)

I just need to learn my "to" from "too" and a few other things.
Then I can start losing my hick talk and maybe talk more understandable by my hometown people.

You also get your "your's" and "you're's" mixed up.
Your: Referring to a person
You're: Referring to a person with "are" after it.
So "you are" is what it is.
