And make sure that you specify your internal IP.

Try restarting your router by following these steps:
1. locate your router
2. unplug the power
3. wait 30 seconds and plug it back in
4. wait for it to fully power on

I have to do that every time i want to forward a port on my computer, router is dumb like that.

The only fix was to use another router.

It means the router is blocking the signal going in.

You need a new router! Call your ISP about getting a free or cheap one.

It's not all about the ping you idiot. The ping is how fast. The Download is how much comes in. The upload is how much goes out. If you have a 2mb/s download speed. That is a crap internet connection. If you have a 2 mb/s upload speed, that is a crap internet connection.
