Just got a free 3rd Gen 16gb iPod touch

My sister just got back from a friends house. Her friend gave my sister a 3g iPhone 16gb and a 3rd Gen 16gb iPod Touch.
My sister gave the iPod Touch to me. The only problems with it is sometimes the left headphone doesnt work, and the screen is cracked but thats about it. I'll buy a replacement headphone jack, and I don't care about the screen it doesnt bother me.
I just have to set up an iTunes ID and then sync all the stuff from the iPod to there and then update it.
