can anyone here with SFM tell me how I add hats and miscs to the characters? Do i have to individually animate the hat to sync up with them or is there a way to permanently attach the hat to them?

Only thing that sucks is that the lucky people who got to use SFM early are gonna gets tons of views but when everyone has it it's gonna be hard to get people to see it.
