How do I even modify the existing MTT videos? No animation sets exist...
Click on any of the scenes in the Clip Editor

Made a new video!
you should learn to do the lip sync manually, it looks a lot better if you know how to do it correctly

I actually know how to do it manually, it's just that i kind of rushed it there because i wanted to be the first to reference that scene with that line

I have another thing in the works which is only manual lip syncing, but i'll probably never finish for unknown reasons :cookieMonster:

Click on any of the scenes in the Clip Editor
uh huh

and how do i switch back so i can select other shots?

Clip editor has all of the shots, each shot has it's own set of animation sets, selecting multiple shots will only show animation sets from the first shot you selected

no no

i clicked a shot and the timeline changed to show all the sounds played and such

now i can't select other shots and edit them

You're probably double clicking the shots, click the arrow that points upward on the top of the Timeline window, it's to the right of the Clip, Motion and Graph editor buttons

You only need to click a shot once to see it's animation sets

Edit: Made a better picture of inverted lights

My computer can run SFM fantastically

I'm working on another video, but my animations aren't very good, here's what i have so far
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LYwgCOWftl0&feature=youtu.be

What i see needs work right away is the Engineer's animation in the last scene, he looks like a stiff action figure hopping about

Merry Christmas maggots.

Y u no tf_movies HWM Soldier

Good picture though

Y u no tf_movies HWM Soldier
because the default animations on that don't work, the picture is for a wip video :D

because the default animations on that don't work
But they use the same bones as the non-tf_movies ones and they've also worked for me and pretty much everyone else

Did you break something or are just not doing something right?

A render I made of the spy.
