Anyone able to be a partner in creating a good game/server?

Is there anyone able to be a partner with me to make a good game/server? I would really like it, and none of my server attracted any attention. Could someone be my partner?

I found out that your a crappy builder, since you built an entire "Grapple Knife TDM" out of 16x16 cubes. I wouldn't have considered that a Grapple Knife TDM. So ... well I got Transformer to help me, but does anyone else want to help too?
