I go to bed really early, around ten, but I can't fall asleep till around three in the morning or so, and then I wake up in the afternoon and feel so tired for the rest of the day.

Yesterday I woke up at six in the morning and fell asleepon time but I woke up in th afternoon anyways.

What do I do? If I wake up so late I spend most of the time I could spend gaming.

I have this problem as well.
Would love a solution to this mess.

I slept really long because I went to bed at 2 AM, and woke up at 11 AM. I am actually a koala.

set an alarm to beep yo butt at like 9 in the evening and nuke all electricity when it beep bop boom

repeat forever

I could use some help. I'm going to bed at perhaps 7 in the morning and waking up at 7 in the evening. What can I do to put my sleep schedule back to normal?

I have very bad sleeping problems, once I go off my sleeping schedule it becomes all messed up.

If that happens you should do a "reset". Do this by simply staying up all day and all night. By the end of the day you will find yourself tired and ready to fall asleep. It may take a few attempts before you're able to do it, drinking coffee will aid you in staying up.

I fall asleep around 6PM, and wake up at about 3AM and I'm up for the rest of the day. I never knew how much I missed in the early mornings around here until i did this.  :cookieMonster:

But if you like to party and all a lot then this sleep schedule is not really much for you since parties tend to be late.

You could also try a sleep aid such as Unisom, I used to take the sleep melts. They would put me out all night. It's not good to use them long-term though. You can get two packs on Amazon for $11. It's a few dollars cheaper than what you would pay at a retail store for two boxes.
