its something he made for the games, its something he has complete power over. he made it so people can host add-ons for others to use. he monitors those add-ons, and if he doesn't want something on there, he can do whatever he wants to take it off. sure, it may not be fair, but its his to do what he wants with. no ones dying because they are losing their twilight sparkle unicorn horn or whatever.
