Off Topic's Spam and Forum-Games

I honestly don't see how we have topics that were posted in today on the 5th page, there are so many spam threads that any decent quality threads that require more than 4 letter responses become lost. I wouldn't mind a few more sub forums in the Off Topic section. For example, "Quick Threads" (threads that need a basic question answered), "Hobbies and Sports", as well as a "Forum Games" section.
