Setup.exe

I have become alot more aware since I did a virus scan pulled up 20~ virii. I started my computer and commodo block something called setup.exe with a Ask logo from making changes to the contents of C:/Windows/Installer.msi something for another like that. setup.exe is currently in Appdata/roaming/temp, what should I do?

Oh god, slam the computer with a frying pan until all those pesky viruses run away.

u.u Its paranoia.... I checked the properties and its signed by Ask Toolbars..... Oh well, needed to get rid of that piece of stuff regardless.

Delete the Setup.exe

Do NOT run anything that would modify anything currently on your hard disk or any vital .dll files.
