Author Topic: Workout Routine/Calorie intake?  (Read 1114 times)

Please post your personal fitness program and results, I'm trying to get on a steady routine.

i eat like once a day at about 2000 calories.
then i sit around and chill

I eat a little and do nothing but bike sometimes

seems legit.

i dont watch my calorie intake but i do a reasonable amount of pushups and situps tailored to my body weight. it doesnt help majorly, its just good to tone me up a little bit.

Recently I've been making sure I run or jog at least once or twice a week for a bit and do pushups and situps to remove myself from a vegetative state.

I guess that helps. I'm looking for x amount of curls/pull-ups and weight increase.

What you eat is 80% of the battle. You should be consuming a little bit over your calorie intake, but with good nutrients, like proteins and such. I use a "every-other-day" full body workout. Resting between workouts and eating proteins is important if you're really looking for improvement. If you have any other questions, I researched my stuff, and can help to an extent.

are you just wanting to stay fit, get fit, for a certain sport, or what. and access to a gym or if you have your own gym is very good.

but for me, i was suggested this: http://www.coachsos.com/train_detail.asp?P_Index=4&P_Code=112&sport_id=5&prog_id= by a former coach and do that with AT LEAST running 1 mile a day. i dont follow that exactly, i modify some things because obviously you cant just look at some paper and hope to get fit by doing it by the book, but it works pretty well. my dad also helps me a lot with running because he is a track coach so thats good. i've never had any other personal trainer so i couldn't tell you if its a good idea to get one or not.

I recently got a Job doing handyman work. Roofing, siding, tiles, carpet, etc.
I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a while back my health class done a survey on how many calories we need a day. Turns out I burn about 4,000 calories a day, and I still weigh about 120 pounds.
But for my workout routine, I usually ride my bike a lot when I can.

At 15 you weigh 120? How tall are you?

What is that stuff?

That whole routine seems like it's overworking a lot of areas each week and barely even hitting some.

as i said, i modified it because following online routines doesnt get you anywhere. but its a good reference and i wasn't exactly on the best football team in the county.

That's how football was.

Sometimes I do stuff.
Other times I use my computer.
