That's basically what the glowworms I hE do, but because the actual thin if on fire (cue glow) it leaves a black suit stain on the ground and a trail of ash stuff behind it.

I have my Birthday on July 4th, we're not celebrating independence day though so the UK MIGHT be suspicious.

As with the actual fireworks, we'll be using some of our lesser varieties which include elemental explosions, dragon fire cannons and light detonations.

if you really hate someone, just light like 50 of those things right outside someone's doorway (if not in an apartment) so that they have no choice but to step all up in that stuff.
