Well you could mash up some matchheads and charcoal together and add some magenesium then mix it up and light it somewhere.

Thats why you light it on something like asphalt or concrete or dirt since niether of those things can combust.

I live in the Central Valley near the city of Modesto.

What I mean is there is tree's everywhere, they drape over the road and all.

To make things worse if it catches on fire there is no easy stopping it because we have 0 fire hydrants or anything up here.

It took all firefighters from 4 fire districts to put out a car and part of a house about 2 weeks ago.
A forest fire would be hell.
