videos buffer every 5 seconds?

ok, this happens on every video, too.
WHen i try watching a video, it buffers every 5 seconds and i seriously have no idea how to fix this.

it's annoying because each time im watching a video, it takes 2 hours just to get a 5 minute video done.


anyone know a way to fix this :(?

and the only computers on is me and my brothers. His internet is slow, but not mine.
