Not entirely impossible, but unlikely. Fireworks are usually prohibited within a one-square mile radius to allow planes to safely get enough altitude not to be hit by the fireworks. Plus, fireworks usually go less than 500 feet in the air, the same amount of space a plane can cover in an estimated 2.9 seconds.

safety isnt their number one issue.

I went there on vacation once. We rented a really nice house with a great view. The high point was probably a zipline tour through the forest; plenty of fun. Try something like that if you can.

Piper J3 Cubs fly at like a top speed of 80 miles per hour and normally fly at 500 feet.

I've had cell reception up to 1500 feet before. 500 feet is what crop dusters cruise at to the fields. You don't realize how low 500 feet is until you actually take an airplane off yourself.

Considering I've been in one.

I went there for spring break. Are you staying in San Jose? If you happen to stay near there visit Jaco it's a sweet beach town and they have a place called Jaco Taco
