Author Topic: Weird password error  (Read 1450 times)

I keep getting an error message when trying to to log into my Dad's laptop after I put in the password, and I can't log on the error message is:

"the system could not log you on.Make sure your name, and domain are correct, then type your password again. Letters in passwords must be typed using the Correct case."

The password is correct, and I'm sure of it.I also made sure caps lock wasn't on.
What do I do?

Was the name of the user correct?

start in safe mode by spamming f10 on startup and then something, i forget what.

Ask your dad if he changed the password.

Ask your dad if he changed the password.
I doubt if he even knows how.He barely know how to type, I usually have to type for him.
