What's your best video game memory as a kid?

Mine:
I was playing Spyro and always asked my Grandpa to get the chest in the Artisan World.
When playing Spyro 2, I begged my  cousin to get me to the other world.
Playing Driver and Driver 2, my cousin taught me a way to evade the police.
Playing Driver 2 and using a house I found as my own.
Picking up my Nintendo Gameboy and playing Pokemon
Mario Bros. and always dying
That game where you shoot ducks and the dog laughs at you when you miss.
Playing Driver 2 and calling the van a pickle.

If I remember more I'll add on.

What are yours?

Seems like all you played was PSone, Gameboy, and NES.

When you were old enough to figure out a video game, the Gamecube, PS2, Xbox, and GBA SP were out. Is your family like really poor or something?

Playing Rollercoaster tycoon with my cousins, we had made like the best park ever

oh my god

tonka construction

that made my childhood complete <3

My brother and sister always loved to play the first Spyro game a lot, and I remember watching them play it on our old 15" television in the basement when I was still pretty young. It was really fun stuff

Also, when I was with my mom when I was younger and she saw the second Spyro game (Which we had not gotten yet) at a store one night and decided to buy it. When we got home me and my siblings played it for hours on end, even past our bedtimes lol (I was like 6 years old)

We also played a ton of Rampage, Crash Team Racing (Even my dad would play it with us and whoever lost would give the controller to the next person, etc.) and other Crash Bandicoot games.

I remember when my bro had ordered Tekken 3 because we had played it on one of those Playstation demo discs. It was a beast of a game for sure, especially fun trying to finish the Challenge Mode (or whatever it was called where you would just keep going to the right and attack the badguys).

And last but not least, we spent hours apon hours trying to figure out how to finish this lovey game, just to keep getting stuck at the part with the laser and the color changing crystals in that one building.
Seriously, playing vidyagames with my siblings was prob one of the best experiences ever :]

Also, don't get mistaken, we played a lot of NES, PC and PS2, it's just we really enjoyed all the co-op games we already had for the PSone. (Ahem, Stocking) I also don't want to make this post longer than it needs to be, listing off all the games we played.

I guess she bought Spyro 2 for a small fee :cookieMonster:

Every single time I played Paper Mario.
