As soon as I saw 'affordable' instead of 'free' I made a dash for the report button but my doubt about advertisement banning stopped me.

Site looks decent.
Maybe add rates/prices so people can consider BEFORE applying, or you might get a lot of 'nah, too expensive-backing out' apllicants.

While I feel this should be bannable, it isnt. You can get banned for advertising forums.

Its close to being legible for a ban... I read the rules though
